DTE Hits Michigan Families With Another Nearly Half-Billion Dollar Rate Hike Request

In response to today’s court ruling on New Jersey’s congestion pricing lawsuit, Evergreen Action Senior State Program Director Justin Balik released the following statement:
“We are thrilled to hear that this historic program won’t be derailed by shortsighted litigation. Today’s ruling will allow congestion pricing to begin on January 5th as planned, giving the entire region a new tool to cut pollution, reduce traffic, and make the region’s public transportation safe, affordable, and accessible for everyone.”
